CANCELLATIONS

If you feel it is necessary to cancel your reservation, The Leprechaun Resort requires notification by 12:00pm (Midday) on the day prior to your arrival to avoid a charge of one nights accommodation.

Failing to call or show before Check-out time after the first night of your reservation will result in a charge for the first night's accommodation and the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

If you need to cut your stay with us short, please contact reception before 4:00PM on the day before  you are due to leave,  to avoid being charged another night's accommodation.

CHECKOUT

Check out is at 10:00am on the day you are due to depart

Please be aware that reception hours are between 7am and 8pm. If you wish to checkout outside of the office hours, please feel free to drop your key in the Letter box found at the front of the property opposite reception.

Please note that lost keys or keys that are not returned will incur a charge of $200.

NO SMOKING

Please note that all our rooms and public areas are non-smoking  and Rooms are fitted with sensitive smoke detectors.

Designated smoking areas will be shown to you by our reception staff. Smoking in any of our rooms or on the front of the buildings is prohibited and any breach of policy will result in a $200 charge to have the room ionised and may result in eviction and loss of monies already paid.

ANIMAL POLICY

The Leprechaun Resort embraces our native wildlife, and does not allow any animals in guests rooms or in any public areas of the property. Guide dogs must have all certified documents before they are allowed in the resort. Please be aware that due to allergies Guide dogs will only be able to access 1 of the handicapable rooms. Staff will assist where possible.

ZERO TOLERANCE

All visitors must sign in at reception before heading to rooms. All visitors must depart before 10pm. Any Visitor staying after this time will be classed as a guest and will incur charges to your room.

Please  be aware that it is the policy of The Leprechaun Resort to have  zero tolerance with regards to unregistered guests on site, guests holding parties in rooms, any guests causing unrest towards other guests and any aggressive or lewd behaviour towards other guests or towards staff. Any breach of this policy will result in eviction and loss of security bond or monies paid.

DAMAGE

Damage to any part of the property including rooms, by yourself, your  guests or unregistered guests visiting you, will result in all costs associated, to be charged to the credit card provided as security. Where a key has not been returned upon check out all nights will be charged for until the key has been received by The Leprechaun Resort. Where a key has been misplaced a fee of $200 will be charged for the changing of locks. 

ALCOHOL

The Consumption of alcohol is ONLY permitted in guests room or in any of the Smoking Areas. Please be aware that Alcohol can not be consumed on the front of the property

CARD PAYMENT SURCHARGE

Please note that payments made using an American Express credit card (Amex) will incur a 3.5% surcharge.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION

All guests must supply a Current Valid Passport or Driving Licence upon check in where a copy will be taken and filed with this Registration sheet for the duration of your stay. Any other forms of identification such as proof of age cards are not acceptable.

 

All guests must abide by the terms and condition listed above and any non compliance may result in my eviction and the loss of monies paid.

The Leprechaun Resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone  

they feel may be a threat to the staff or other guests.
